DyDo GROUP HOLDINGS, INC.
Representative Director and President

Human Rights Promotion System
In accordance with the “DyDo Group Human Rights Policy” approved by the Board of Directors, we have established an internal system with the President and Representative Director being the person in charge of respecting human rights. We engage in respecting human rights through the Group Sustainability Committee operation.
The progress of human rights policy and activities are to be reported and deliberated by the Group Sustainability Committee and the Human Rights Subcommittee, and reported to the Board of Directors if necessary.
Human Rights Due Diligence at DyDo Group
In the second half of FY2024, DyDo Group conducted a human rights survey targeting approximately 4,500 employees across the Group, including some overseas subsidiaries. In addition to internal stakeholder risk management, we also carried out surveys on human rights practices with suppliers of key raw materials—such as coffee beans and fruits—where human rights risks are considered particularly high. These efforts aim to identify, correct, and prevent risks throughout the supply chain.
Based on the results of the internal survey, we identified common risks across the Group as well as segment-specific risks. The Group headquarters is working with each company to develop and implement concrete measures to mitigate these risks. We also continue to engage in dialogue and collaboration with diverse stakeholder communities to raise awareness and promote the respect for human rights.
Human Rights Training
DyDo Group conducts various training programs to promote respect for human rights. These include sessions on basic human rights principles, harassment prevention, workplace diversity, and inclusive communication that avoids discrimination and bias. The training content is aligned with international standards and global trends related to business and human rights, helping deepen understanding of human rights issues both domestically and internationally.
We remain committed to enhancing education and awareness initiatives that foster a corporate culture of respect for human rights among all stakeholders.
Human Rights-Conscious Procurement (On-Site Visits to Production Areas and Processing Facilities)
At DyDo Group companies, we are committed to upholding human rights throughout our supply chain. As part of this effort, DyDo DRINCO and Tarami conduct on-site visits to the production areas and processing facilities of key raw materials. These visits allow our staff to directly observe working conditions and assess the environment firsthand.
Based on the findings from these inspections, we engage in direct communication with suppliers to ensure that our procurement practices are aligned with human rights considerations.
DyDo Group will continue to promote responsible sourcing and contribute to the creation of social value through the practice of human rights respect.
